These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Yellow Taxi AS. They outline our responsibilities toward you as a customer, your responsibilities when using our services, and limitations of liability related to our services.
Yellow Taxi AS collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data processing practices.
Customers receive driver details upon booking confirmation. If your taxi does not arrive on time, you may contact the driver directly or reach Yellow Taxi AS at +47 21700100.
If you do not show up at the designated pick-up address, the full amount paid will be non-refundable.
Yellow Taxi AS will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the designated pick-up location. After 10 minutes, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the fare will be non-refundable. If contact is established with the customer, they may request additional waiting time beyond 10 minutes. In such cases, a charge of 5 NOK per minute will apply after the initial 10-minute wait.
Yellow Taxi AS provides a fixed fare shown on our website at the time of booking. The fare is based on the pick-up and destination locations provided.
We only accept advance payments by card. Other payment methods, such as cash, are not accepted.
Receipts will be issued electronically or in print upon request for all trips.
Customers can send complaints or feedback to [email protected]. Yellow Taxi AS will respond to complaints as soon as possible.
